The processing and shipping of product was good the shipping was delayed by two days (maybe not shippers fault) but kept my machine out of order for two days longer.

Thank you for ordering from us. Sorry Fedex did not deliver on time. The tracking shows we shipped the day after the order was placed but Fedex had a weather delay several days after they picked up the package.
