HB-2008 Pipe Bender

  The HB-2008 is designed for high volume shops that need quick and precise bending and end finishing.  Built with a 5 horse power motor, the HB-2008 provides 58,000 lbs. of bending power.  An optional 7 1/2 HP motor is available for 25% faster bending at an additional charge.

  The HB-2008 includes the knee pedal control and a reduced size control panel.  Knee control pedal allows the operator to be close to the work for more precision.

  The smart automatic mode features an sdjustable return-to-home position control.  This unique, timesaving feature increases efficiency by assuring fast and easy transactions between multiple bends.  In the automatic mode, the automatic depth-of-bend selector ensures precise bending control through the use of an easy-to-read, easy-to-adjust depth of bend plate.

  Includes a manual depth-of-bend indicator lets the operator know how far into the bend they are at all times.  Includes a built-in swager/expander for complete end-finishing - 1" to 3" tubing on the swager end and 1" to 5 1/2" tubing on the expander end.  Inlcudes the Accu-Sizer(tm) automatic bull's-eye expanding systems lets you dial in precise expansions every time.
